Prasoon is an ex-Salesforce Customer Success Director currently advising SaaS start-ups and founders on building a sales and customer (Account Management, Customer Success and CX) function. Prasoon's interest is in building a viable and scalable cloud business by growing current cash flows through sales and/or creating healthy future cash flows through account management and customer success. Prasoon's speciality is in taking a value based approach towards sales as well as customer success. He is currently advising, mentoring and working with several start ups in the B2B SaaS space in the areas of strategy, sales and customer success. Prasoon's past experience includes working at 2 start-ups (both of which got acquired) and in setting up, building and growing teams. A dual British, Australian citizen, Prasoon has held leadership roles in EMEA and APAC. Prasoon's experience has spanned the entire IT value chain with 11 years in sales and post-sales and, 7 years in product, advisory and program management.
