John Shaw has 18 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the software technology industry, implementing a broad range of technology solutions and developing multiple departments from ground-zero to the creation of competitive advantage. John is driven by a passion for problem solving, knowledge sharing and a belief that no solution can be successful without the support of the professionals who yield it. In his role as Vice President of Customer Success, BravoSolution, John is focused on increasing customer procurement outcomes through the operationalization and execution of a world-class customer life cycle. John has received recognition twice by Supply and Demand Chain Executive Magazine as a ‘Pro-to-Know’ in the supply chain industry. He is also a Certified ProSci® Change Management Practitioner. Outside of work, he is a proud father and husband, amateur rock climber, Eagle Scout, community volunteer and a Cubmaster with the Boy Scouts of America.
